While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we put on our website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy.
Because of the nature of our products the final weight of your order can never be exact. All weights & pack sizes quoted on our site are for your guidance & we will endeavour, to the best of our ability, to prepare your products to as close to the advertised weight as we are able.
We guarantee that final value of the order you receive will be within 5% of the value of the order you placed with us & orders within this range will be considered as completed. Your receipted invoice will be with your delivery.
If for any reason an item becomes out of stock, we will replace the items with the closest match. If no similar item is available we will contact you so you can replace the out of stock items with products of the same value.
If for any reason payment for a fax or phone order is denied we shall endeavour to contact you for an alternative card no. If no contact can be made in time for dispatch delivery will be cancelled.
Also due to the nature of our products we are unable to uphold the statutory right for you to cancel your order 7 days from delivery. Please inspect all deliveries on the day of receipt & notify us, within 12 hrs, if you believe the is a problem & we will endeavour to rectify it immediately.
The courier will not be able to return this type of goods to the depot if no contact can be made at the delivery address. In this instance The courier will attempt to leave the hamper with a neighbour or somewhere safe on the property but we can not except any responsibility for any damage caused if a hamper has to be left in this way.
Photographs & Text
We have endeavoured to make our photographs & text as an accurate representation as possible. Due to the considerable amount of products we can not always provide the actual photograph of every item or hamper we supply. Photographs of the hampers will show all the different products in the hamper but not necessarily the number of packs ,but you will find them to be 99% correct.
There are many regional names for the various cuts of meat & we have used what we believe to be the most commonly used names. If there is a cut of meat that you use that is not in our list, please email us and we will let you know the comparable cut.
